You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. After this period, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

- Reason for refund request
4. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Courses where more than 50% of the content has been accessed
- Requests made after the 14-day refund period
- Promotional or discounted purchases (unless otherwise stated)
